Welcome to SUUBI SACCO. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services are governed by the Ugandan Cooperative Societies Act and applicable regulations.

2. Membership

Membership is open to eligible individuals who share our commitment to saving, cooperation, and financial responsibility. Membership approval, contributions, and access to services are subject to our constitution and approved policies.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Phone number and Password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Savings and Credit

All savings are recorded using strict double-entry accounting. Loans and credit facilities are subject to eligibility criteria, approval processes, and the provision of guarantors or collateral as required by the SACCO.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
